   Lucy Jane Bulmer, 77, of Hartford, West Virginia died on January 28, 2009 at Holzer Medical Center. She was born June 17, 1931 at Crown Hill, Kanawha County, WV daughter of the late Walter "Judge" Bulmer I and Mariam Marie Smith.
   Lucy was a gifted person, who could act on stage, play several musical instruments including the piano, violin and horn. She played the organ at church for weddings,
funerals, and church services. She was a preacher, school teacher and taught piano to many students.
   She was an aunt to fifteen nieces and nephews.  Her sister, Mariam Alice Bulmer married Arthur Gray Smith and had five
children.  Her brother, Walter Hallwood "Hollywood" Bulmer II of California, married Betty Jo Russell and had four children.  Her brother, Donald Smith Bulmer married Virginia Mae Sayre, Gloria Mae Prescott and Mary Ann Korosky and had four
children. Her brother, Louis Milburn Bulmer married Rosalie Tavan and Ruth Marlene Elliot and had two children.
   There will be no public services.  Burial will be at the Graham Cemetery.  A registry is available online at www.andersonfh.com.
