   Icy Margaret Rickard, 66, of Clifton, West Virginia passed away at her home on October 31, 2009.  She was born on May 3, 1943 in West Columbia, WV daughter of the late Charles Decker and Lucille Bland Decker.  
   She is survived by her:  husband of fifty years Robert L Rickard; sons, Bob (Bev) Rickard of Clifton, Charlie (Dee) Rickard of West Columbia, Matthew (Doreen) Rickard of Clifton; grandchildren, Robbie, Jeremy, Jamie, Brandon, Courtney and Natalie; great grandchild, Bailey; sisters, Mildred (John) Zimmerman of Pt. Pleasant, WV, Pat (Russ) Carson of Middleport, Ohio, Opal (Roger) Bonecutter of Gallipolis Ferry, WV; brother, Walter (Carolyn) Decker; brother in law,  Danny (Kathy) Rickard; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.
   In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, John David Rickard, a brother, Harry Bland, a sister Doris Neal, mother and father in law Margie and Buzz Rickard and brother in law,  Harold Rickard.
   Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday at 11am at the Union Cememetery.   Visiting hours will be on Sunday from 6-8pm at the Anderson Funeral Home in New Haven.  A registery is available online at www.andersonfh.com.
