   Charlotte Kay Coon, 68, of New Haven, West Virginia passed away on December 29, 2016.  She was born on October 12, 1948 daughter of the late Lanty Everett Osborne and Dona Gray Osborne.
   Charlotte was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Mason.
   She is survived by her husband, Edward Coon of New Haven; children, Stacy (Royce) Bissell of New Haven and Craig (Maribeth) Coon of Point Pleasant; grandchildren, Lakin Bissell, Ashley Coon, Logan Bissell, Lauren Bissell and Brittany Bissell; brothers and sisters, Bob (Bonnie) Osborne of Eugene, Oregon, Hilda Hall of Tempe, Arizona, John (Debbie) Osborne of Clearwater, Florida and Nina Vance of New Haven; and several nieces and nephews.
   In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jack, Paul and Pete Osborne.
   Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 12:00pm with Pastor Ron Branch officiating at Sunrise Memorial Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Anderson Funeral Home in New Haven.
   In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Charlotte may be made to the Faith Baptist Church in Mason, West Virginia.
