Richard Ray Sines

   Richard Ray Sines, age 79, passed into eternity March 31, 2017 after a long battle with illness at Ohio State University Wexner Center.  He was raised on the CC Lewis farm in Point Pleasant.  He worked faithfully at Foote Mineral Plant for 35 years as a welder.  He was a previous member of the Mason Volunteer Fire Department.
   He was preceded in death by his parents Hobart and Ethel Sines; his brother, Junior Sines; and two sisters, Betty Lou Sines and Jo Barnette.
   He is survived by life companion of 24 years, Calista Searles of Middleport; two sons, Richard (Anna) Sines and Tim Sines of New Haven and a special friend, Lisa Hill; two sisters, Mae (Charlie) Stover of Pt. Pleasant and Fae Givens of Powell, Ohio; two grandsons, Clayton and Kyle Sines of New Haven; three granddaughters, Christena and Shaea Sines and former daughter-in-law, Shari Sines all of Point Pleasant and Desiree (Travis) Blessing of New Haven; and a great granddaughter arriving in May, Londyn Piper Blessing; several nieces and nephews; and special mention of Keith Searles and Myrna (Jerry) Custer of Pomeroy.
   Visiting hours will be on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the Anderson Funeral Home in New Haven.  Graveside services will follow at the Baden Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Pastor Mike Foreman officiating.
